A Casual Story (Available in 720p GOODNESS)
ZOMG NO BANNER GAISE.

This was fun to edit. It's one of those quick videos that happen to start off decently, and you decide to make it a full project.
The song itself is like, about a 1:50, I took off the last bit because it gets repetetive 'til the audio cuts off.
In any case, I'd like to receive some feedback on the video, thanks.

The ending felt abruput bohohohohoooo. ;_;
Nice editing ongoing there, tho. I quite enjoyed it.
PS: Atari told me you liek mudkipz and are a qualityfag like me. - though I was a bit disappointed at how you handled the quality... far from bad though.

Re: A Casual Story
Why thank ye kindleh,
I hear you sir, like mudkips.
//In all srsness, I am a pretty big quality fag, I spend some time at the doom forums trying to salvage any script that might seem good and I'll go around tweaking it and learning from it.
When I encoded this, I was using a bitrate of 1500 kbps as well as several other little tweaks within megui, but I think it defaulted on me. The filesize is usually shrunken down by quite a bit, and (usually) you don't really note the noise around movement (mbtree, which should have been turned on, didn't seem to work at certain parts of the video). I think you'd be a little more pleased looking at my first video though, the results basically came out as I wanted there without much of a hastle. ;D

Re: A Casual Story
I was more referring to the fact that I was totally expecting to see an ar flagged encode... also didn't really like the choice to thin and darken the borders (i think you did, or so it seems to me, but I might be wrong). Encode itself was fine, though mediainfo tells me you used r1309 of x264 and there have been a few improvements from that revision (for example being able to use b-pyramid and mbtree together since r1369).
