Rider4Z has my vote for consistently churning out awesome videos.

The five she made in 2009 are all fantastic, and exhibit mastery over a variety of genres and skill sets. "Rival Revival" is my personal favorite (if you're curious as to why, read my ~~15-page dissertation~~ op), but "Lord of the Anime" may be the most universally appealing.

She consistantly churns out great amvs, of of the highlights this year being her Rival Revival amv, where she actuallytakes that overused Dragonball Z and really makes it look good again. That alone wins her points, but videos like Lord of the Anime are also great enough that I honestly belive she earns this title.
