I just have to see how kind the financial monster is to us in 2010.

Metrocon pass costs 55 dollars, but if u volunteer 10 hours you get a refund. (each hour running a panel counts as 2 hours)

so if you guys want to come up with 4 more panels, you could get ur refund that way.

and u guys could always just stay at a cheap hotel somewhere in tampa instead of the con hotel.

Yeah that was an idea, but as I keep being reminded its the cost of gas/food on top of the lodging costs that's the biggest barrier. Trust me, I have in no way give up this fight. :up:

Well if you guys all stay in a cheap place it wont be too bad, and theres always ramen noodles XD

OUR PANEL HAS BEEN APPROVED!!!! woooo!!!

I'm going to have the panel on friday if thats alright. i figure this way it wont really block out anything important (chess match sat,sun amv contest sun etc)

and the panel will last 2 hours because i found out we can do that XD

so this will be 4/10 hours towards a refund lol

OUR PANEL TIME / ROOM HAS BEEN SET!


WE ARE:

6:00 PM to 8:00 PM (YES 2 HOURS) on FRIDAY July 23, 2010
In panel room 13/14 (Two rooms combined with tv/dvd player inside)




Now is the time for us to start planning! I know that Pilk is 99% going to come but i need you guys to contact me / post here ok? :D
