And since Its common for "video of the year" nominations to be nominated in multiple categories, these results make perfect sense.Nunchuck wrote:qwaqa is nominated 23 times and will probably win 11 out of 23 categories. This success is not deserved but hyped!
I personally feel that Qwaqa deserved every single one of his/her nominations. If "Time" "Chill Out" or "Property of a Lady" had been nominated for something like "best horror" or "best dance", then yes, you would have a point. But since all of the nominations were in appropriate categories, its not right to say that he/she doesn't deserve them.

I only saw his Ian Flemming vid and I don't think that his other videos have worse quality so I pretty much think that he deserved to be in the finals. Somebody who has such an impact on an audience probably has to win a VIEWER choice award. Don't you think so?
Mhm... I don't know. Isn't it a bit unfair? and maybe this year is only an exception. However this isn't a bad idea though.Next year organizers should minimize the maximum number of videos/1 editor in each category. I think 1 AMV/ 1 category would be fine.
I miss quit a lot of my favourite vids in the finals. I guess I don't know most of them. Time to watch a lot of videos.
