People Helping Each Other
I need scenes of people helping each other, preferably from a bad condition, any suggestions would be appreciated

The movie Grave of the Fireflies should have some and if I recall correctly Kimi Ga Nozomu Eien should as well
around episode 13/14 for a girl in a wheelchair (not 'bad condition' per se though) or in OVA's

In the first episode of Baccano, Firo gives a wad of cash to a homeless guy. It ends badly for the homeless guy though.
In Tokyo Magnitide 9.0, there are scenes of people being helped in almost every episode.
In the first episode Mezzo, a little girl gets "accidentally" rescued from some bullies. (she gets thrown out of a window though)
In episode 5 of Kino's Journey, (male) Kino rescues (female) Kino, but gets stabbed and killed in the process.
In episode 4 of Chrono crusade, Azmaria brings an entire hotel of people back to life after the ceiling falls on top of them and kills them.

'Shuffle!' has a lot of scenes matching your description.
There are more which I have forgotten.

Re: People Helping Each Other
I know a lot of the anime Vandread is based around fairly altruistic themes. The only direct visual examples i can think of are a couple of scenes where Hibiki Toukai is being bandaged...I can't remember if it's in episode 11 "Together" or 12 "They Don't Care About Us". The first season finale (13 "To Feel the Fire") is also pretty good in the cooperation theme, but I'm not as sure if it's got many explicit visual examples.
Season 2 has a lot more possible scenes (particularly "Blossoming Path"), but it's been a while since I've watched them.

urasawa's "Monster" anime is quite obvious, it's about a surgeon that does whatever he wants, just like greg house.
