well why not just watch the censored one then watch the uncensored one... it's not like they changed the storyline aka Robotech vs. Macross or Cardcaptor vs. CCS
If you do not think so... you will DIE

So CoalGuys continues to sub the TV release of Seikon no Qwasar, while the best weve got of the uncensored version are slow-to-come shitty raws. Is anyone actually watching the TV release to see if its decent?

after watching ep 1 of the edited version of seikon no qwaser i was pretty much ready to drop the series right there. while i'm not a huge fan of blatant boobage (ok i do like it but not when that's all there is to a series) i was really dissapointed that they took a manga that if filled with blood and boobs and completely edited all of it out, if you're going to make an anime based on a manga you gotta try and be faithful to it. so once i saw the directors cut i had a little more respect for the anime, still not sure if i'll watch it all but at least its now presentable.

Watch the BD version once BDs will get out. The "director's cut" is still apparently censored, or at least partially so. Not a certain fact, but there's a number of reasons to believe it.

censored? well compared to the manga a number of the scenes were toned down a little (mostly in blood and gore content) but i didn't notice any actual censoring, but then i don't know what they may have simply left out or what might have been censored.

In the director's cut the only thing censored so far as I can tell is the bare loli vagina at the end of episode 3. Then again I havent read the manga.

eh i'm pretty sure that would be censored in any version, never yet seen a public anime series that went that far.
