Upgraded phpBB

I upgraded to the latest phpBB. Let me know if you notice any quirks, or things that didn't survive the transition. (ie: tweaks/hacks made to the old version)

This may just be me, but "View Active Topics" isn't displaying anything for me. :book:

Nevermind, "View New Posts" apparently has taken over it's job. :D
