Expecting a lot of steamy action for the TV airing, with probably partially unsteamed DVDs/Blu-rays. There's a panel in the manga which makes me think so, at least... okay well, probably more than one, but one in particular.ANN wrote:The story revolves around Takumi Tsuzuki, a boy who lives with his older "sister" Otome, although the two have no blood ties between them. Otome manages a run-down confectionary store called Stray Cats. One day, Otome picks up a mysterious beautiful girl off the streets.

Re: Mayoi Neko Overrun!
I tried to pinpoint another one who would voice any of the characters in the series, I couldn't come up with one outside of Kugimiya. Not only does it sound like overkill to use the same voice for the fans, eventually it would be overkill for the seiyuu herself. On the other hand, (it could be a new type of role for her), but Rina saitou could try her hand in this series.

After being so thoroughly dissappointed by Nyan Koi, I'm off cat anime for life.

What? Nyan Koi was amazing. I will watch this in hopes that it's just as amazing.

Re: Mayoi Neko Overrun!
nyan koi was good, problem being that it was one of those 12 ep series that can never really get completely off the ground because it's so short, gets cut off abruptly just when you are getting into it. same problem with many series they are making, they take a popular ongoing (key word being ongoing as in not finished) make a short series on it to get as many of the fans as possible and then cut it off and look for a new one. as a result you end up with an anime that really doesnt do the manga justice.
back to the OP, i've read the first 3 chaps of this series and it's ok, not amazing but i could see potential. written by the same author as to love ru and has a similar style. i'm curious as to whether the anime will be strictly following the manga or the novel, cause there really isnt enough of the manga out yet to warrant a decent anime.

I'd say novel... the anime would just not be able the ecchi level of the manga.

Watched episode 1. I'm pretty sure this is going to be dropped shortly after watching it. Not really interesting at all.
