Also just curious why you have the pixel aspect ratio as 0.9 O.o Shouldnt it always be set to 1.0

0.9 could work if we were editing at 720x480, but OP said 848x480, so you're right. Good catch.

A few things about the recuts for Track 1:

"Initial Track Recut" - it cuts off in the middle of the first word now, the original cut was fine.

"Proposed Track Changes" - I really only wanted the first instrumental 15 seconds, Code was nice enough to share his track with me that I wanted him to keep the lyrics.

I added an extra second of overlap on each end of the tracks to allow for smoother transitions. Track 2 starts two seconds before track 1 ends now, so the actual segments themselves are the same size, but now we have more wiggle room.
