'Hear Our Prayer' and 'I am Your Love' by Yuki Kajiura are great instrumentals that are slow paced.
I do all the right things for all the wrong reasons.

Check any of Gackt's instrumentals, more specifically Hoshi no Suna, Love Letter, and Ballad. You can also see if there are any instrumental versions of Masquerade and Innocent Days from Code Geass.
