Sorry, but it just didn't click, probably because of:

R+V
Choosing the least interesting R+V heroine while at it
Useless fanservice bits
Too much randomness (though not that much, really)
The quality was weird (is that upscaled 480p? or was it from original authors?)
Flying words to lipsync (totally unnecessary and weird, yo! )
Moka lipsynced to "electric emotions burning in my circuits"? Just no, thanks.
At places weird sync hidden behind shaking and stuff, lipflap at one place, lots of smaller stuff I didn't care about, etc, etc...

So 3/5 mainly because of:

she - Atomic
Epic editing

R+V didn't air on a HD channel, and it's DVD only...no BD's (still been done i think). So has to be an upscale yes, probably used Ayako-M33w's upscale.

on some points i must say nya-chan is right. like the flying words out of the mouth. i dont like lipsychnro in such videos and yeah that with the fanservice stuff. last one because i cant really show it other people which dont saw AMVs. so they think a yeah all kind of pervert stuff or such thing.
But editing was great and the rest also. will stay at my desk
