virtualdubmod problem(please help)

Just got a new computer and i re downloaded virtualdubmod on to it, but right now it wont let me bring any files into virtualdubmod and this error message keeps coming up. does anyone know how to fix it.

Did you install AMVAPP and all the codecs on your new machine?

My guess is you just don't have the codec for Xvid, seeing as you just got a new computer you probably haven't downloaded a new codec pack yet, try grabbing CCCP and trying again.

wow thanks man, your a genius haha. I did download the amvapp, but i transfered it from my old computer and it wasnt compatiable with my new one, so i just had to re download the AMVAPP package again. Thanks for the help

Use VirtualDub, not VDubMod. It's newer and better and doesn't make clever people on the internet decide not to help you.
