Ignore everyone in this thread. Enter your video somewhere less retarded and make fun of Nekocon for being dumb and demanding MPEG-2. Encode with x264. Profit.

Actually, I will probably be forced to go with your suggestion, though without the insults. It's their game, they can make the rules.

All my efforts have failed. TMPGEnc makes the Mpeg-2s, but they suck. Grainy. I tried the OtakuProfile, but that has blocky artifacts. I've tried every option with things turned up and down.

They say the rules can change at any time - I hope they do so I can enter.
