Quick note, the # symbol can fuck up in many ways, and especially if you specify the output filename in zarxgui before encoding, mp4box will fail, so you will be left with an encode to be re-done.

I put it in the output name and it worked with no problems for me...

Mmmmh I distinctly recall mp4box having issues with it. Perhaps it was just if the input had it.
