i never made it past ep 1 of the first season, a lot of random guys with flashy moves that blow up mountains, split rivers etc and not much else. was it actually any good? i would think that a second season would mean the first one was good, but then again, they made a second season of queens blade so that theory isnt worth much.

I thought it was either my imagination or an animation error, but after three episodes, there's no denying it.

Just finished watching episode 6 (I'm catching up right now.) The badassery is returning. :'D (Enough to show one extremely strong guy punch downwards into the sea, rendering the sea floor completely exposed and water nowhere to be found. 8D)

I got all caught up and finished S2 today!
Hm... maybe not as good as S1, but only for the fact that (I think) there were less battles, and Date only defeated the head of the Toyotomi clan by himself. 'Would've liked to have seen Yukimura and Date team up again to beat down the villain. :I

However, the ending waaaaas still pretty badass. ;D 9/10, from me.
