I'm assuming you meant six 30inch IPS panels, giving a total real-estate of 15360 x 1600 (landscape) or 7680 by 3200 (gaming).
To ensure everything runs at full speed with maximum refresh rates, you'll need an ATI's Radeon HD 5870 Eyefinity 6 Edition card,
plus a bunch of Dual-link DVI to displayPort converters or panels that are displayPort ready. Don't forget the awesome monitor stand!!
