Use the mask tool to make the shape and use Pan&Crop to move it around.

Not necessary using Mask (he did it right for a rectangle tool), but Pan/Crop is your answer - it's by the timeline the solid color is on (hidden lower left on your picture)Haeresis wrote:Use the mask tool to make the shape and use Pan&Crop to move it around.

I turned off "Stretch to fill frame" and I could move it easily ^_^
