- Please limit your new threads (not replies) to one per week. If you have several new videos to announce, create one thread for all the videos. (Note: if you forget one you can edit your post!)
- Offsite links are allowed, but you are required to have a catalog entry for that video as well. Threads announcing videos that do not contain a catalog entry will be moved to the Awaiting Catalog Entry sub-forum and will be deleted in 2 weeks if an entry is not created.
- When posting announcements, it is recommended that you include links to the catalog entries (using the video ID) in your post.

I think I love this video. Pretty nice editing and it shows because all of the scenes seemed to flow together very well.

I only saw the movie, and, yeah, the battles do tell like half the story..gotegenks wrote: Have you seen the anime? i never really expected to appeal to people who haven't (even though i've had good compliments from them) but i understand if you haven't seen it.
If i had used anything but fighting scenes on the solo, the entertainment value would have dropped big-time and this video would suck major ass, other than that i don't see many fight scenes that weren't essential to the story, heck, even the solo had parts essential to the story, which you'd know if you'd seen the anime (i'm assuming you haven't atm)
i might slit my wrists if someone ever made a video that faded out before the solo, let alone if that someone was me!
The concept was genius though, you got that right, Character profile of the main character...who'da thunk it? I thought i was going out on a limb with it but it ended up working!
I don't get what you think failed this, was it scene selection? bad storytelling? what does "not enough story" mean? should there have been text? i'm really confused at this. This was more a character profile/anime summary than a story video, which is a little ironic but like i said, i made this one for fans of the anime (except code) so if you haven't seen the anime, watch it, watch this video, tell me what you think! i guess i failed with telling 9 hours of story but i'll try better next time.

nice stuff
I like it for most part, didn't like scenes at 1:18 - 1:22 feels kinda wrong,
also some speed ups later on.
Beside that, nice

I like the part where he says "He's gone to Code."
