Well, I don't really know of any that have sing along lyrics added, but perhaps you could add your own to some AMVs that have repetitive lyrics that would be easy to pick up on quickly. Like this one:
If all else fails, maybe add lyrics to some of your own vids? It worked for us at our studio's sing along panel at AWA a few years ago.
