Aspect ratio.

I like the angle you chose to look at FLCL from. It starts off pretty well but quickly gets mediocre - the cuts in the beginning are well synched and you change them up a bit. Then at about 13 seconds the cuts start getting off beat for a bit. Some parts of the video are cut too monotonously and could use more changeups (good changeup at :28-:40). You also have seemingly random cuts throughout the video that don't feel matched to the music. I think you overused cross dissolves and as a result some cuts don't feel like they match the music: the drum beats you synch to are very quick sounds and the video should hard cut if you're synching to the drum.

Cutting should speed up at :38 to match the tempo of the music.

I think you matched the lyrics for some parts (I have trouble understanding them) but other parts the clips feel pretty random. Since many of the clips have little or no motion (way too much B-roll in my opinion) and half of the clips feel random it gets a little hard to watch by the middle.

Overall, it's not terrible, but it gets boring. If you work on clip selection and cutting I think your videos will improve dramatically.

Thank you for your review and your honesty, and as for the aspect ratio, i know i need to get it to 4:3 but moviemaker only gives me two options for that and it looks terrible so how do i fix it

That I don't know, sorry. I use Adobe Premiere. I guess try googling Movie Maker aspect ratio or something.
