they were in between dimensions or something, remember a few chaps ago his dad says in that space they could get like several months or years of training within a single hour in the outside world. i'm seeing a lot of series with these "get 100 years of training in a day" themes these days, must have been a rip off from DBZ.

I tend to like the comedy-oriented fillers more than the plot ones made up by the studio.

Fillers with story (even if it's actually a good storyline) make me frustrated because I know they have absolutely no effect on the actual series, it's like commercials; occasionally you might see an awesome one, but they are pointless. The odd funny one though is a decent time filler.

oh snap, ichigo actually looks cool in his "final" form, big improvement over butterfly aizen lol. Don't really know what to expect in the next chap, even though ichigo seems to have a huge advantage i doubt he'll completely pwn aizen so easily
