Yes, but who needs a Dell when iPads make Salsa?

Got myself a Dell Studio XPS 16 as my main laptop and it's working fine.
And I'll agree with Mitch, Dell got one of the better monitors out there, been considering on buying their Dell UltraSharp U2711 monitor myself, but it comes with a price.
Otherwise, their desktops doesn't hold the same standard unfortunately.

x2 components generally just don't hold up and the price performance ratio is completely shot. I'd rather not run with brand-less fubar ram and shitty build quality on their part so they can save a few bucks.Niwa wrote:Got myself a Dell Studio XPS 16 as my main laptop and it's working fine.

Their desktops are a joke just like HP. Laptops seem decent enough but only if you shell out for the mid+ ranges.

their business line of desktops and laptops are pretty decent. We are primarily a dell shop at my work and we have very little problems with them. We've been running some as long as 4 years now. Their consumer line is, as mitch said, of lower quality but you'll get the same crap from most other manufacturers.
Personally, I'd rather buy from Dell then HP or Toshiba and I have. I'm pretty happy with my Dell Mini 10 and would probably buy from one of their Studio lines if I needed to.

Back on topic, Adam and I finally arranged our room so that it wasn't just random boxes strewn about!
Usually, I have 4 other big pink pillows, but I brought them to Vegas and didn't have room to bring them back. We need to buy some more!
Gee, whose computer is the pink one? >_>
Adam doing his Adam thing.....(probably League of Legends...)
And Risu (our rat) and Georgey (our bunny) get to be by the window.

The room I stayed in while in Maryland was more pink than that room but not as assaulting (the walls were also pink along with some other stuff) Also, you either shop at bath and body works or got a gift from there. We carry that basket/shower tote/caddy thing in a giftsetIleia wrote:*pink ileia room*
