I disagree, I can't think of any other anime whose main groups of amvs made to it are either upbeat dance or rape stalking creepiness. I wasn't saying that other animes were used like Perfect Blue is. Just there are some animes that only seem to inspire one or two types of videos to them. Pretty much every Death Note for example is either extreme angst or making a joke about extreme angst. Almost every video with Ah My Goddess will be a slow romance. Shinkai vids are always slow paced dramas. Sleeping With Hinoko is used for trolling Pro. And Perfect Blue is almost always a drama about the stalking/rape.
