New idea, already started, and I'm sticking to this one.

Anime: Cowboy Bebop (Series)

Song: Christmas Nights in Blue
Artist: Trans-Siberian Orchestra (lol, again. This song sounds completely different though.)

Sorry for changing my mind on the first one, but maybe someone will pick up the other one and make something great.
