I know that at the end of the movie she appears with shinji alive, But in my opinion i think she got killed inside of the eva,maybe she revive again because she had the will to live like Rei said. thats just my opinion, and even if she didnt die that part was really cool

I have to say the best death sence is in battle angel when Gally kills that in the first half. the explotion is very nice (I not sure how many of you have seen it but the battle before is alsome 2)

Granted it was cool.

I'm partial to the death of the Mcdougal brothers myself. I remember laughing like a maniac when I found out the guys name was Ronald Mcdougal.
Made me hungry for some Mcnuggets.

She did die, but she was returned, but with a different eyecolor

why do people say this!!!!!!
her eyes are still blue, its just that everything around them is red/brown. Look at shinji's eyes, they're dark and discolored too. They're just reflecting the surroundings. The only white light (aside from stars) there is coming from the moon, which has a huge band of blood crossing over it, basking everything in a red hue.

The eye color change is just a rumor. It never changed, it was reflecting the red sea. And no, she didn't die, that's a misconception as well. She was quite alive during the entire series.

Hot ice hilda's death from outlaw star was a tragic one. They wanted desperately to save her but they couldnt. And the way she kept her cool sayng 'so there's nothing they can really do' and takes that little kai pirate brat with her.
Also, towards the end of tenchi universe, u are led to believe that ryoko dies after helping tenchi and ayeka get into jurai. it would have been a great death scene if she had actually died.
