I don't know what happened, since it used to remove the subtitles from my .mkvs with these settings:
Open with "DirectShowSource"
Save as
Full processing mode
Lagarith lossless codec
(Enable Nullframes, Always suggest RGB for output, use Multithreading, prevent upsampling When Decoding are all unchecked; Mode is set to "RGB(default)"
I can't uncheck any Streams, since there is only one
I also tried using a different torrent but it didnt work either
Help, please?

Don't use DSS use FFVideoSource
But on the actual problem.
Try enable VSFilter's 'prebuffer' option that usually makes subs not render after encoding when using DirectShowSource.
Or just use FFMS since it doesn't load subs like DSS

DSS will have subs if the dshow splitter decides to enable them. You can just turn them off in dshow though, or use ffms2 like someone who knows what they're doing.

Re: vdubmod won't remove subtitles anymore
I'm not sure what you're trying to do by encoding it to lags (a better lossless format might be a good idea, like utvideo), I suppose it's for preparation for bringing it into some editor or something.
Also you're needlessly converting to RGB by using full processing mode, use fast recompress.
Also vdubmod is horribly outdated, you should use the regular vdub now (basically all changes that mattered have been merged into the main branch anyway).
Also use a 'proper' sourcing method for the mkv, such as ffms2. It'll probably be faster and you're gonna get nothing but the video (which is what you want I assume).
