All at once or just one at a time?

Re: All at once or just one at a time?
Typically, I watch 1-4 episodes of whatever I feel like every day. I bounce around a lot, usually with 4-5 shows in progress at any time and normally don't watch all four from the same show. But if a story arc is particularly engaging, I'll watch it in one sitting. And some shows work better when watched that way. Worst show to watch on a weekly basis? Kaiji.

Re: All at once or just one at a time?
For current seasons, I generally go with the once-a-week bit, although I might watch a couple of different shows in a night (if they're all available at the same time, anyway). For series that have already completed or are at least somewhat along, my choice of watching one ep a sitting or watching several (or marathoning) is based more on how enjoyable it is for me to watch and how engrossed I get in it. The more compelling it is, the more likely I am to not mind going on a binge.

It depends. There are anime I can watch in one sitting, and have. Then there are others I struggle through.
Some of the anime I've seen in one sitting have been Chrono Crusade, Gunslinger Girl, Baccano!, Black Lagoon, and Last Exile.
Some of the ones that took me forever to get through are Galaxy Railways, Beck, Jubei Chan (First Series), and The Twelve Kingdoms.
Ones I flat out gave up on - Excel Saga, Canaan, Kikaider, Naruto, Code Geass, Lucky Star, Clannad, Corpse Princess, Devil May Cry, and FMA: Brotherhood (But I will try this one again someday).

Follow up on Excel Saga, watch it in English, no subs. This is an anime that should be seen, not read. Also, you aren't supposed to understand everything she is saying when she rants...
