Ill Niño MEP - To Live Inside Of Me

So, about half a year ago I tried to get an Ill Niño MEP, aware that there had been another one that died...it ended up fizzling, mainly due to timing issues such as finals approaching for me and other editors being unavailable. We're nearing Christmas Vacation/Winter Vacation for us people in the USA, and people in the other hemisphere are either already in or are nearing summer vacation, so perhaps now would be a better time to get things started.

I will take suggestions for improvements, additions, and subtractions, and different MEP names!
