So I reported it.
I was simply confirming the uploading of a video. I already have downloaded it, I clicked "I watched it and it's fine" and... this message appeared. What happened? O_O (Green is terrified)

Now everything seems allright. Nothing happened, I did anything, but the video is pending confirmation...

It was probably a bad look-up on the server end that someone either fixed manually, or it fixed itself when a table updated.
