Glitchs

So, a friend of mine has this problem, when rendering, it has some wierd glitches.
The footage is ok, some of our friends use it as well and works fine, such as FPS and codecs about it (I think).

My opinion is her own PC. Has two years, and new by it's time (and she can't really tell me much, she's a pc n00b).

Yes, but we don't have even remotely enough info about them. What do they look like? With which software was the video encoded? With which decoded? On which operative system? These would be a good starting point to try and think what the issue could be, without there are just too many things that could be the problem. Including, possibly, pebkac.
