Our awesome game store let us have our pre-orders yesterday, and since my husband had the day off and I wanted to spend time with him, the most we did last night was pick our starters and then shut it off for the night. I fully expect to be pretty lonely for the next few weeks. I'll be playing it, but I'm not as obsessive and hardcore about it as he is.
