Looking for a 3D animator's help for Sakura-Con

With the vast amount of talent here on the Org in various specialties I figured this would be a good place to ask.
For 2011 I want to update the 3D bumper for the Sakura-Con contest.

I had a person lined up to do this, but they bailed on me.
I currently have a 2D Mock-up, and can provide the illustrator files to import into Maya or 3DS Max
