Music Video Collaboration?

Post by Liars Dice » Wed Mar 16, 2011 1:39 pm

hey there,

who i am

i am a longtime anime and amv fan and a now an upcoming dj and producer.
i started a new project last month that has been very well received so far (already 10,000 plays)
and the idea recently dawned on me that an amv would be a really cool music video!
i thought about making one myself, but my adobe premier skills are a bit rusty after 5 years with no practice.

who you are

you are also anime anime and music connoisseur with tastes in dark violent anime and deep dreamy ambient dub music.
you love to make anime music videos and are open to suggestion.

there would be no compensation at this point - i'm not trying to make any money with this project yet, just build buzz!

so if you would like to participate just reply and I'll check out one of your videos!
here's a link to the project

all tracks are free downloads

peace

I hope life isn't just one big joke,
because if it is, I don't get it.

Hey,

I'm completely surprised no one has even thought to reply to you yet.

If they have, perhaps they are through messages.

In any case, I dig your style of music. It reminds me of a soft blend of Robert Miles mixed with a steaming helping of some of the modern upbeat Dubstep/Hardcore style.
The resulting 'dreamstep' is seriously an interesting genre and it's good to see its something you can call your own.

Now, I'm very familiar with varying amounts of anime, and I am always open to editing to new and exciting sounds to really test my skill. From the list of songs provided in your soundcloud, I'd be interested in particularly toying around with "Don't You."
