Is there such thing? I've never heard of the sort.

IGN has some info, concept art and media files here http://cube.ign.com/objects/479/479090.html

Hope that helps.

It looks very interesting, but I doubt it will be as good as Final Fantasy 10. The problem with the one on gamecube is that it looks kinda soft right now (or kiddy), compared to the one on ps2. But if the gameplay is very good, I'll accept it ...

I just hope it has better voice acting than FFX. *shudder* Besides, FF9 was good, and had a sort of "kiddy" feel to it.

Ah yes, I believe it's going to be called Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles. It's a new series spawned from Final Fantasy, sort of like Final Fantasy Legends or Adventure for Gameboy.

From what I've seen, it's taking a more Zelda/Kingdom Hearts-type approach for the battle system and the game is less related to the other FFs than any before it. Something like that. It will still have those connecting elements in weapons, magic, and stuff like that, but the game is a bit different.
