There don't appear to be any amvs made featuring (or at least not exclusively featuring) this anime; there are several using the similarly-named Cyborg 009, but not this one. Any story there or has there just not been anyone who thought it was worth doing?

Not one of which has fewer than four other anime in it.

On reflection, is this an H-title? That would certainly explain why it's difficult at best to make an AMV using only it which the org would host.

Style: Spy / Thriller / Action soundtrack

Since the style and inspiration of this album matches the anime series, it's a perfect match. I never got around to doing it and I would much rather buy the license (full length preview) for this song to support Mr. Lynne - I've been a long time fan of his work.
