Re: godix passed away today
When I was told about it on IRC, I was hoping it was a belated april fool's joke, but... damn.
I don't even know what to say anymore. He was... very important for me as a person, before as an editor. I never had the chance to meet him, but I always liked to believe that he was actually a very very nice person behind the sheer amount of insults. Sure, he always had something new and unique to insult you with, but he would still be able to give such an incredible amount of advices ─ and I'm not just talking about editing, but about pretty much anything ─ that I know I will miss him a lot. I would always have something to learn from him.
I wish I could have known him more. Org won't be the same anymore...
I guess I should cheer up now tho, he would be calling me a cocksucking Italian faggot otherwise. >_>

Re: godix passed away today
I remember when I was still new to the forums, his sig read something like this guys vids suck more than a choir boy at church or something. So I went to change my profile a bit, checked his sig again and realized what was really going on and had a good laugh. The org will definitely never be the same rest in peace old guy

Re: godix passed away today
This news comes as a big shock to me...
I didn't know godix well, but I did enjoy talking to him and reading his hilarious chains of insults and rants. I thought of him as only an epic forum troll at first, but things changed after I asked him to beta one of my amvs about taking it in the ass. Why him? Because I thought he'd find the subject relevant to his interests. I expected to receive a whole paragraph of witty jokes insulting my editing abilities (or lack thereof), but what I got made my jaw drop: godix wrote 2 A4 pages worth of valid and extremely helpful criticism. I started looking at him differently after that. Beyond that asshole facade was a guy that would lend you a hand without hesitation if asked for it. He will be missed. Have fun trolling everyone in the afterlife, you magnificent bastard.

Re: godix passed away today
Dont get me wrong but this is like a joke and it doesn't make sense.
Can't say i'd knew you well or anything beyond chatting. I highly respect your opinion and your achievements in fucking up people on the org and beyond with "Dedicated to Sammy" and "DTSEM" being 2 of my favorit compilations alltime. Not really clear about what to write right now - this is goats.
