If I ever decide I want to do a bunch of lip syncing stuff again somebody needs to put me out of my misery.

Much BETTER!!! I think though if you edit the audio skip at the beginning you'll have nailed it ^_^

about 4 seconds in, I'm assuming were you cut out the middle. If you just fade that a bit more it won't sound like such a dramatic change ^_^

I dunno if it's just me but every one of my programs just plays the audio no video ..but from the sound of it I like it lol
