VEGAS Border effect HELP

i want to squeeze footage to fit inside of a border

for example

imagine this is a clip and the red W at the bottom is a logo



i want to add a border to this clip but i dont want to cut off the footage so i want to squeeze the footage inside of the border so it looks like this



how do i do it?

There you go. You can do similar stuff in clip pan/crop settings too, remember that for this to work, you probably have to keyframe it ^^
