Is everything okay? I was asked to confirm my address on July 6th (10 days after I sent my initial inquiry using that form), and I haven't heard a peep back since then. I've emailed the person that responded to me multiple times but haven't even gotten an "I'm really busy" response back. It's approaching 2 months from the con. What's up?

It's quite possible Chris has been very busy - I certainly was this month. If you were already contacted to re-confirm your address, then my guess is that he may wait to ship out everyone's trophy at the same time (to save on cost). But I can contact him on your behalf to see what's up. Please just be patient.
