OMG! I was just about to post the same thing!!! I've been on a diet to, but am now bringing back some sugars becasue I HATE sweeteners! I love the Soups and the healthy cookies! A mile and a half is not that far to walk, but right after a 9 hour shift on your feet, it sure as hell is.
But it's okay, I'm pleased with my progress and that I'm seeing results so soon.
Just gotta make sure I keep my momentum!
