Ello. So I'm trying to find scenes that show people helping each other and defending each other, but I'm running into the problem of it having a more romantic feel than a deep friendship kind of comradery. Any ideas on how to fix the mood or any scenes that would fit the more sacrificing ones self for a friend feel?

More like the strong defending the weak, but the brother-sister thing works too.

There's a scene in Clannad After Story when young Mei is getting picked on and young Youhei runs at the bullies in an attempt to defend her (since he's her older brother). He does the same thing in the present time of the series to the soccer team too (I think it like episode 3 or 4 or something. One of the early episodes).
