geeeeeeeeeeh... so last month someone gained access to my XBox Live account and bought 10000 MS points then spent them all on Gold and Legendary Packs for Halo 3... o.O I changed my password and called my bank right away thinking it would be all over after that. Well, I decided to look at my account again and something still seems fishy so I contacted XBox Live support about the problem. Surprisingly very helpful. I should've dealt with this back then but I really didn't want to. I was in a pretty good state of mine then and didn't want to ruin it by dealing with this BS.

Anyway, they locked my account and I'll get an e-mail once the investigation as to what happened or what has been happening is over. The upside (not really) is that they played Madden 2010 and Madden 2012 and got me an achievement, so kind of them.

Sounds like working in IT, lol. When something goes wrong, it's your fault. When something doesn't work, it's your fault. When the user breaks something, it's your fault. When something goes right, management pats themselves on the back saying what a good job they did...
