The AMV .Org App has a webpage.
Also, iOS app was uploaded for review a couple days ago. Hopefully I'll know if its going to be up on the App Store or if I have to fix stuff next week.

When I first saw this thread I immediately though, yay yet more Iphone love and no Android version I bet. Glad I was mistaken.
Installing, will let ya know how I like it.

Re: AMV .Org App... go get it!
Nice job, Some suggested features (if they have not already been suggested or already in the works):
A new release list (New vid on the block), and/or perhaps a "watched users" new release list
Top Lists, such as Top 10% lists / Top Star scored lists or VCA winners lists.
Homepage going to Your own profile with access to of course the already built Search function, but also Quick comments, Opinions, Journal entries, etc. (maybe just the most used features and not all of them, they can go to a browser for that)
Would be nice to have but agreeably could be ALOT of coding to pull off:
Integrated forum support, kinda like the XDA app on android
An excellent functional start. I would most like to be able to pull up a list by Star scale and top 10%. And maybe by VCA winners. Sometimes I just want to find a good video without having any particular term to search for in mind.

Re: AMV .Org App... go get it!
I looked into coding forum support myself and it's going to be a lot more work then I'm willing to put in. There is a way to integrate it into the app but it would require a bt of cash. Currently the forum has Tapitalk installed which can be viewed using the tapitalk app. I can purchase a re-branding license which will also give me the ability to integrate into an app but the license is about $700 per platform. I don't have that money to throw out. Maybe if I get enough donations but I don't see that happening.Bakadeshi wrote: Would be nice to have but agreeably could be ALOT of coding to pull off:

As far as everything else that has been mentioned, I do plan on expanding the app to include a lot more features, it's just going to take time. Currently I'm working on the iOS app so once I'm done with that I'll have time to work on added features. The goal for these initial releases was to provide the basic searching and viewing and then I'll go from there. Thanks for the feedback

I have the same, as above, SonyEricsson X8, and 2.1. Any chance I can run this?Pwolf wrote:What device do you use and what version of android is running? The app was developed using the lvl 8 api so you need android 2.2 or higher. Let me know what device and version and I can see about modifying it to so it'll work with your device.
