I don't see whats really wrong being into anime a lot. By no means is anime my whole life but its definately part of it. Other people have hobbies and such, many are big sports fans who absoultely love watching, playing or talking about it when ever chance they get.
For me anime is just like that, watching it just makes me feel good. i still have friends who i hang around with, but anime kinda fills the gaps. If i'm gonna be on my own and nothing else to do, i wouldn't mind watching a good anime. I know i'm know i'm not gonna be an anime fan forever, so i might as well indulge in it now
