1:1 Would like to improve

Hi there mates! I think I've been making AMVs for possibly 2-3 years now and I'm at a point where I feel I don't know how to improve any more on my own. I also feel like I've been learning really slowly. Some people's progress in youtube can drastically change in just short periods of time. IMHO at least.
So I've decided to try my best to become a part of the AMV community. I feel like having people (and possibly friends? ) who could me out and vice versa would be awesome.
So I'm here on opinion exchange, and I'm pretty sure you guys know how this works. I've never really given out opinions before, but I'll definitely try to do the best I can. Even if it's so awesome that it makes me completely speechless, I'll at least tell you why I love it in great detail.

Now for the videos. I don't really mind which one you choose. You don't even have to choose one of these ones. Just as long as it's recent-ish. I'll leave a couple GMVs and an AMV right down here. Thanks to everyone!

Hey Julia! I took a peek at your KH video and really liked it. You have a solid grasp of sync, and you should really give yourself more credit. My major complaints were in the visual/effects department, and I went into more detail in the opinion.

Thanks so much to the both of you. I think I have a better grasp on what I need to work on, and I'll definitely watch for it in my current projects. As for the whole video footage bit, I'll try my best to see what I can do for that. I found much better video quality sources, but it doesn't quite help that my internet service provider really limits my bandwidth. I left ops for the both of you, hopefully I did alright on them.
