Funimation has got on my last nerve. They need to just stick to their crappy anime titles and leave other companies that have better titles alone.

I honestly can't quite follow this legal talk 100% but...it seems like ADV is in the wrong here..so why is Funi the bad guy? They're not nearly as bad as you think they are :/

There in seriously bad shape if this is going to trial over $8M. That's like the paper towel budget for a healthy company in an industry with any future.

If this makes Sentai Filmworks go down the tubes, I'm going to be furious.
Though the article didn't really present both views on the matter very well. I'm not sure who to hate right now.

I just don't want Sentai gone. They may have expensive releases, but they've got GOOD releases!

Definitely a Funi power play to try and eliminate competition. I really hope this backfires on them as well. The industry is hurting badly enough as is without BS like this, it will only hurt the fans/buyers.
