2 things: your final isn't going to be stretched, is it? keep the aspect ratio cuz it's really distracting otherwise. and second, take it easy on the crossfades, particularly in the beginning. keep in mind to not use it as a safety net to help the video flow. other than that i think your concept is beautiful and your scene selections are gorgeous very pretty

Yep, no worries! 'Fixed up the AR when I sent the Final to Code.
My Planetes AMV beta shouldn't have that problem when I upload it. Its just that my E7 clips are naturally stretched like that when I put them in Vegas, so I have to tweak the AR a little bit when I render its full version.

Gaston was my first attempt at Lip Syncing so any advice on who should be in sync, who's mouth shouldn't move at all, and who should be unedited would be especially helpful. (I only did Akihisa (opening guy))
