Not really a vent:

I moved my humidifier up to my bedroom a while back because I kept waking up with dry eyes. It had been down in my family room because I have forced hot air heating and a pellet stove for back-up, so it gets really dry downstairs. Couple that dryness with microfiber couches and fleece blankets, and the static level is pretty high. Now that I moved the humidifier, it's so dry down here in my family room/office that I shocked myself on a lamp so hard the light actually lit up.
