how do you stay on task?!?

The way I do it is I say, "Okay, it's time to get serious. We need to meet [X] and [Y] before the end of the night. I need to get away from my main computers, and go to my editing one, so I am not distracted." Then I end up working long hours, but really, you have to motivate yourself. You need to want to finish it, but don't rush it. I've learned the hard way that rushing means it will turn out terrible.
