Here we go again.

It's been a while since I wanted to coordinate a second Empty Mosaic and here it is. I thought for a long time about what would be the best way to make a sequel, I spammed people on skype, msn and all to get ops on my different ideas. I coordinated the first one with Kain-x-Spirits as most of you may know, however he told me he didn't feel like following me in this one and that he was okay about me coordinating it by myself. I hope you'll trust me, I think I showed what my abilities as coordinator were in the past hehe.
First, you're probably wondering : WHY THE FUCK DOES MIMS ANNOUNCE THIS PROJECT ON ORG?
Well, simply 'cause this won't be "only" a AMV-France MEP this time. Once again, I thought about this point many times and since I'm not really involved in French community anymore, I just want to do something with editors who are interesting from my point of view.
Though, you'll have to register on AMV-France Forum to make things easier for everybody + I'll have a private subforum on it so that we can exchange tracks, ops and all with FTP access.
Torn Minds : Theme ?
I think everything is in the title. I want your tracks to be full of ambivalence, that's what this MEP is about. I want to see characters who know both joy and pain, light and darkness, love and hate, yin and yang, etc...
Torn Minds : After Falling Down ?
My choice went to No Light No Light from Florence and The Machine.
Nothing much to say about it... Just cut it in 9 tracks, as much as the previous Empty Mosaic and I think 9 editors is the perfect number for that type of project. As usual, imho, track01 is both intro and track which explains his particular style so don't be surprise, it's, imho again, necesary to lead the viewers in the way the MEP will go.
About the tracks, I cut them in a particular way for some personal reasons. Don't hesitate to add at both beginning and end of your tracks, 2 or 3 frames more than they are, it could make things easier when I have to put the whole MEP together.

Torn Minds : Technical Informations ?
Once again, it will be in 1280 * 720.
I want tracks in 23.976fps.
Your previews have to respect these 2 points and to be encoded in mp4 or avi.
Once you're done with your tracks, I'll accept Huffyuv, UTVideo ou Lagarith, don't really mind.
Torn Minds : How to choose your track?
You can ask for as many tracks as you want, I'll just give one track per editor.
Tell the(s) anime(s) (and eventually live videos) you want to use.
Example :
Track 01 : Animé 1 + Film A
Track 02 : Animé 2
Track 07 : Animé 1 + Animé 2
You can give them by order of preference obvisouly.
NOTE : As any MEP I coordinated, it's up to the editors in the project to work on the transitions between tracks)
Post videos showing you're great if you want to.
Torn Minds : Deadlines for registering and project?
You have until March 18th, 8pm French Time to show your interest in the project. People being in will be announced soon after.
Deadline for the whole MEP is set to July 31st.
